This book comes from lived experience and hundreds of hours of coaching conversations with other dads. The ideas are not theory. They have been tested in the real lives of real fathers and they work.
And we are two of those dads. Tobi is a father of seven running a charity in Scotland, with a background in economics. Kevin is a financial advisor raising his young son, with a background in the military.
